Arizona Saints Chorale

We prepare the world for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and to assist in building His kingdom on the earth. We uplift others through song; raise money to serve the poor and needy; and fortify faith in Jesus Christ and His Gospel.

    • Founder, Director, Composer

    Forrest Chapin II founded the Arizona Saints Chorale in 2018 and continues as its director, and resident composer. He learned the piano at an early age and refined his musical skills by participating in band and choir during high school. He works as a professional piano tuner for his father’s company, Chapin Piano Service LLC and spends his free time with his family. Forrest also studies Composition at Chandler Gilbert Community College.

    John Gonzales, a California native, has sung in and conducted choirs since high school madrigals. Currently a senior pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in general music and choral education at Mesa Community College and Ottawa University, John plans to engender the love of music into elementary age children after he graduates. John also composes music and teacher guitar and piano to beginning and intermediate students. He is especially grateful to learn from the other conductors this first year of his directorship with the Arizona Saints Chorale. He loves devoting his time to his faith, his lovely wife Sarah, his friends and family, playing sports, and writing music.

    Joseph Hale started singing with the Arizona Saints Chorale in 2019 as a vocal bass. He sang in and directed contemporary a cappella groups throughout high school. An experienced software engineer by trade, Joseph currently serves as a board member helping the Chorale through its registration as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

    D. Brennen Martin has loved learning more about music and vocal performance since joining the Arizona Saints Chorale in 2021. He currently serves as a board member advising the Chorale through its registration as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Brennen holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University and currently works as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Dexcom. He loves all things aviation and loves to build things.

    Kamryn Heiner co-founded the Arizona Saints Chorale with Forrest Chapin II in 2018 and served as the director of the Mesa location through 2022. Two of her main passions in life are music and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She currently teaches seminary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at Highland High School.

    Abrahm Garrett conducted the Arizona Saints Chorale from 2021-2023 as the director of the Gilbert location and the Chamber Choir. He has participated in choirs for over a decade and currently studies Choral Music Education with an emphasis in Conducting at Northern Arizona University. Abrahm also founded and directs the Armonia Chorale which is based in Gilbert, Arizona.
